ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all poets in the Tallahassee area who are eighteen or older, published or not, and regardless of experience. Amani Publishing, LLC, authors are not eligible for contest prizes.
You may enter the contest only one time and recite only one poem (without using profanity) at the Tallahassee Authors Day program on Saturday, February 27th between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m.
FEES: The entry fee is only $5.99, and no purchases of any kind are required to enter or win the contest.
DECISIONS: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges (published authors) participating in the program. Contestants will be judged on content, creativity, delivery, and adherence to the two-minute time limit.
RIGHTS: All poems will remain the property of the poet.
PRIZES: One cash prize of $100.00 will be awarded on the day of the event. The winner will be posted on: www.amanipublishing.net
